Thank you for shopping at Baumont Classy, operated by GRS Mídia Digital Ltda, a Brazilian company. We ship our products internationally, including to the United States and other countries.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or Brazilian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number when available.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- United States: 10–25 business days (standard international shipping)
- Other countries: 15–40 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available and will be displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping & Customs
Since we are a Brazilian company shipping internationally:
- Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- We are required by law to declare the full value of shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at atendimento@grsmidia.com.br. We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
