At Baumont Classy, operated by GRS Mídia Digital Ltda (Brazil), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be requested for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, bodysuits) for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at atendimento@grsmidia.com.br with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective items)

We will respond within 3–5 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Since we are a Brazilian company:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
  • International return shipping may take several weeks.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at atendimento@grsmidia.com.br
